You provide the environment, water and electricity.Prices depend on the period and duration of your lease. Take into account a one-off fee for installation.

You want to take a period of rest. The simplicity and experience of a Tiny House creates the best environment to recharge your batteries.In this formula, you rent both a Tiny House and a location. In consultation, we provide a suitable location. Depending on the location, you rent the relaxing setting for 3 months, 6 months or a year.We also offer targeted counselling to enhance your experience of simple living and unwinding.

You have the quiet dream of buying a Tiny House.Still, you want to experience how it runs before making that decision. Or you still want to save so you can finance your ‘dream Tiny house’.You can simply rent your Tiny House. If you later buy a Tiny house from us, you will get half of the rent money back.
