Tiny house house hunters on Four

In the television programme House Hunters, the real estate agents face a big challenge. They have to look for a house for the lowest budget ever... Not without reason, they end up with a sustainable and affordable form of living: the tiny house... Tonight, the programme airs on channel Four.

Peter Michiels of real estate agency Atrium is challenged in the programme to find an affordable home in the Nieuwpoort area. The result was that the estate agent came up with a tiny house from Tiny Home on tour went. They flattened down in Ramskapelle, near Nieuwpoort.

Tiny house house hunters: behind the scenes

It was extraordinary to see the Tiny House arrive from the motorway. To then see the prospective buyers looking in amazement at an empty plot of land only to have a Tiny House on it 15 minutes later. The amazement was great. As were those of the neighbours and passing cyclists who had no idea what big caravan they had put here!? Nice to be able to explain the concept of tiny house to them too. Are people ready for this concept? I

The on tour continued for a while. A few weeks later, we had a second on tour done in Glabbeek, Flemish Brabant. Another filming took place on the first day as part of the programme Huizenjager op Vier. Tiny House life will be in the picture in the coming weeks.
