Bert, first alderman of Deerlijk and an expert on permits and legislation, is a socially committed dad of four children with a passion for adventure.
Nico Milis
Nico is a true expert in cutting-edge technology, ranging from off-grid systems to smart home automation, and enjoys heading out with his family to camp in nature.
Leen Carion
Leen loves nature, peace and simplicity. She really enjoys rolling up her sleeves as a volunteer on an eco-farm. She herself stays in a tiny house near Geraardsbergen.

Frequently asked questions
We can deliver “key on the door” or fully personalised customisation, but use only the best materials. Prices start from €45,000 but “the sky is the limit”, solar panels, home battery, underfloor heating, air conditioning, alarm, security cameras electric locks, everything fully controllable via your phone? ... and on top of that is 10 beds... Sure:-) but then we might be talking about €75,000.... Everyone is unique, we listen to every story, but for an average of €55-60,000 we will make your dream Tiny House and deliver the best service!

Unfortunately, we currently have no locations available with tiny house as provided in our Tiny Wonder Relax formula.If you have your own location available, we can provide you with a tiny house.We are preparing to have locations in Voormezele and Zonnebeke in West Flanders in the near future. Every year we try to expand in locations all over the country. We will keep you informed through our newsletter and social media channels.
In Flanders, it is currently not possible to place a domicile in a Tiny house, due to the housing decree. If you have a reference address, you can unofficially live in Tiny house.
