A tiny house on wheels in Belgium varies in price depending on size, choice of materials and finish. On average, a well-equipped and finished tiny house costs between €45,000 and €70,000 including VAT. “We always provide a comfortable sleeping area, a decent bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and sofa bed.” clarifies Bert Schelfhout. “Those who want an Off-Grid installation have to add €10 000 to €15 000.” More info on buy a tiny house read here.
