The real value
The floor structure consists of a galvanized steel structure with insulation and solid bamboo parquet. The outer walls are constructed with wood-wool insulation which makes it vapour-permeable, ecological and moisture-regulating. The floor and roof are surrounded by solid PUR panels with strong insulation value. The roof contains PIR insulation and EPDM. Furthermore, there are aluminium windows with double glazing and thermal break provided.
That means: there is already a real foundation here.
