Frequently asked questions
Water is best provided with a socarex or alupex pipe that you dig in to the tiny house (with appropriate couplings). We provide this info in the technical brochure.
Electricity is done via a CEE connection. We will give you the practical checklist after request.
In the Tiny House comes all the drain out at the same point. As a tenant, you provide the utility connections with a 110mm PVC pipe.
We deliver the Tiny Lodge on a flatbed trailer.
Together, we consider whether to place them by wheels or by crane.
Tiny Wonder will help prepare this in consultation with you.
It can be placed on grass, for example with screw posts, or on a solid surface (concrete slab).
You can buy or rent this Tiny Lodge. Depending on the, the purchase price varies between 79 500 euros and 89 500 euros. The rental price depends on a number of factors (duration, location, etc.) and we look at it together with the customer.
To place a tiny house in the context of care housing, you do not need a permit in Flanders. A notification to the municipality suffices.
At Wallonia this is often allowed provided you apply for a permit. It's best to contact the municipality.
